Superbonus 110%, there is an extension to 2023. But the other home bonuses expire. The news

In the next Budget Law

The 11o% super bonus for energy efficiency works or improvements to anti-seismic characteristics in buildings has been extended to 2023. Minister Daniele Franco confirmed this in the document accompanying the Update to the Def, where in the chapter relating to the reprogramming of public finance objectives we read: With the next Budget Law 2022-2024 (…), the extension of various measures of economic and social importance will be envisaged, including the Guarantee Fund for SMEs and incentives for energy efficiency in buildings and innovative investments. At this point, all that remains is to wait for the first draft of the Budget Bill, this time with a wider time horizon (2022-2024) and then the discussion in Parliament before sending it to the Official Gazette by 31 December 2021. But the applause arrived from all political forces leaves no doubt that the extension is done.
It is still to be understood, for, what the modalities of the extension will be: if it will be immediate (also due to the funds allocated by the NRP) or if instead the approval of the EU Council will be awaited, as had happened in the 2021 Budget Law.
But for an extended super bonus, more house bonuses are coming to an end. So let’s see the next news.
