Superbonus 110%: jobs for 5.7 billion. Condominiums weigh half the amount

Few but good: the Enea data as of 31 August 2021 speak of a very limited number of interventions in condominiums (13% of those sworn) but the total amount of investments represents 46% of the total.

This gives an idea of what the potential of the superbonus would be if all medium-large condominium buildings built before 1980, therefore in poor energy conditions, not to mention seismic ones, were to take this path.

The amounts, making a very little generous estimate, would double and, being an average of 547 thousand euros per intervention, at least thirty billion would end up in the super bonus, also considering the difficulties of the approval process of the works in the condominium assembly and the very tight deadline of December 31, 2022.

In general, compared to the data at the end of July, the increase is considerable: the amount admitted as deduction has gone from 4.8 to almost 5.7 billion, a leap forward of 18% in just one month (moreover in August , a month traditionally destined to slowdowns in the economy), certainly not comparable to the jump in July (+ 38% of the amount admitted as a deduction).

The race, however, has started. There is time until 31 December 2022 for natural persons owning buildings from two to four units, but only if they have completed at least 60% of the works by 30 June 2022. However, significant increases must also be reported for interventions on “single-family buildings” (small houses) and for “functionally independent” units.
