What’s Happening in Indonesian Sky

Even if the total solar eclipse cannot be seen, calm down. The Peak Phenomenon of the Phoenicid and Puppid-Velid Meteor Showers will decorate the Indonesian sky on December 6-7 2021 and can be witnessed from 20 minutes after sunset until the next day at 02.15 local time from the southeast to the southwest.

In Indonesia, the intensity of the Phoenicid meteor shower ranges from 51 meteors/hour (Sabang) to 74 meteors/hour (Rote Island).
