The Watch Edition Casio G-Shock with the theme of Super Mario, which was launched in Japan in November last year, has just arrived in Brazil. The digital model received a red frame, blue display and brown camouflage wristband with the Mario Bros Inspired by pixels. The piece still has the image of the character when the backlight is pressed.
For those passionate about details, the product also has a special packaging, presenting the universe of the game in a complete design. ‘Here we go!’, one of the character’s catchphrases, is embellished in a pixelated font.
Something that is already recognized by the brand, the limited edition is also water resistant, up to 200m, in addition to a battery with an estimated useful life of 2 years.

“The fun watch, which also has a special image engraved on the back, allows exploring the adventure with a multifunctional alarm, stopwatch, countdown timer, complete auto calendar, 12 or 24 hour format in just 53 grams”, told Casio, in a note.
The director of the G-Shock watch division, Toyotaro Hiraishi, revealed that 50 units arrived in Brazil, making the piece even more special.
“Mario is part of the imaginary and revolutionized the history of video games. He was born in Japan and became famous all over the world”, he spoke. Marketing director Masaaki Fujino added that this is a very similar trajectory to G-Shock.
