Harm Osmers: Thank you for having me, it’s an honor to be selected for this match. As with any big game, maintaining control of the players and ensuring fair play on the field is crucial. The high emotions that come with derbies can sometimes lead to heated moments, so we’ll need to stay focused and consistent in our decision-making. I also look forward to experiencing the unique atmosphere of a derby and ensuring that it remains safe and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Interviewer: That’s an important point about the emotions of the players. Are there any particular things you do to connect with them and establish a comfortable rapport?
