CALIFORNIA, iNews.id – Super Blood Moon will be visible on May 26 in parts of the United States. Super blood moon occurs when two lunar phenomena occur at the same time.
Super blood moon is visible when it is there eclipse The total moon that makes it appear reddish. Super blood moon will occur when the full moon enters the dark shadow of the Earth’s interior.
Earth’s atmosphere blocks shorter wavelengths of light such as blue. However, it allows longer wavelengths to pass through the atmosphere and continue to the Moon.
The result is a full moon that is larger than usual with a coppery reddish color. Some people refer to the super blood moon as the super moon flower which comes from the Almanac Farmer.
The name comes from a flower that tends to bloom this time of year. The full moon on May 26 is also famous as the second supermoon in 2021 Slash Gears, Monday (10/5/2021).
