– It will be fantastic spring weather all over southern Norway, with temperatures of 18 to 20 degrees at the highest, says meteorologist Martin Granerød at the Meteorological Institute to Dagbladet.
The fine spring weather is due to a high pressure, which has positioned itself “favorably” over Scandinavia, he explains.
In particular, it is the areas slightly inland, which are likely to be able to sense the 20s on the degree scale.
– Since the sea temperature is still so cold yet, the air is affected, and you do not get up to the same temperatures along the coast. It is a bit typical of spring, says Granerød.
In coastal areas, there may also be morning fog, which disappears throughout the day.

The high pressure will continue to affect the weather in southern Norway for the rest of Easter with sun and high temperatures in the middle of the day🌞 but it will be unsafe for local fog morning and evening in coastal areas🌫️ pic.twitter.com/h6zcO975S4
But it is not only in southern Norway that you can enjoy the fine weather in the coming week. In northern Norway, where some gray and wet weather is expected on Monday, the sun peeks out fully on Tuesday.
– It will be a couple of days with great weather, and temperatures can reach 10 to 15 degrees in the interior on Tuesday and Wednesday, the meteorologist says.

More uncertain
Due to the high pressure, it is not likely to be anything special with wind.
– There will be calm wind conditions, but exposed places can of course come up in fresh price in periods, a bit depending on where the high pressure stays.
Towards the weekend, however, the weather forecast is more uncertain, says Granerød, who does not dare to sign that the fine weather will continue throughout the weekend.
