The singer Agnese (Agnese Stengrevica) has released a summer song “Ods”, in which she sings about situations when the attention she receives becomes too intrusive. It must be admitted that he sings very aptly.
“Ods” is already the second single from singer Agnese’s upcoming mini-album “Up!”. The song was written in the creative camp, in collaboration with Kaspars Ansons and Liena Stūrmanis, with the support of Agnes Cimuškas-Rekke.
Musically, “Ods” is a summery and danceable song, where the lyrics become part of the rhythm, playfully smiling at the suitors (the cute singer probably doesn’t lack them) and reminding that even pleasant flirting has its limits. “When I heard “Odu”, I immediately felt a connection with this song. Sometimes people from the outside are better able to understand which song and sound suits the artist, so thank you to Kaspars and Liene for this catchy and beautiful piece,” says Agnesse.
“I participated in the songwriting camp with pleasure, because I know Agnessa’s excitement and motivation to go and do things. Her voice is also interesting – there is no need to look for something different. That’s how Kaspar Anson and I joked in the same room, until we ended up writing the song “Ods”. Already the initial version seemed promising to all the participants of the camp, so I hope that listeners near and far will like it as well”, thinks Liene Stūrmane.
