Sharjah: “The Gulf”
His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, issued Regulation No. (4) of 2024 AD, amending some provisions of Regulation No. (2) of 2018 AD concerning the group of the Sharjah Basis for the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
In keeping with the legislation, the textual content of Part No. shall be changed by the next textual content. (5) of Article No. (5) of Regulation No. (2) of 2018 referred to:
5- “Regulating licenses to determine personal establishments for the memorization of the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, setting the controls and situations for that, and monitoring and controlling them in conjunction prescribed by the competent authorities in accordance with the laws in pressure.”
In keeping with the legislation, Article No. (13) bis added to Regulation No. (2) of 2018 AD talked about earlier than, which specifies the next:
