Quoted from The Telegraph, Queen Saleha is the son of a Brunei nobleman.
He was born in Kampong Sumbiling, Brunei Town on 7 October 1946 from the couple Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam and Pengiran Babu Raja Pengiran Anak Hajah Besar.
