Sully-sur-Loire Showcase Mystery Solved: Nelly Allezard Wins 2,962.06 euros

Sully-sur-Loire. End of the mystery of the magic window. 2,962.06 euros represent the amount of the lots that have been presented since December 16 in the Magic Showcase of Sully-sur-Loire. This sum was revealed by Patrick Hélaine, deputy mayor in charge of events, Tuesday evening in the presence of Maître Torterat, bailiff, and around thirty people representing traders and the municipality.

If 330 participants tried to guess the value of the 70 lots on display, only Nelly Allezard, helped by her daughter Julie, managed to estimate their amount to within 78 cents. The winner, who will take home the entire showcase, was applauded and congratulated for her tenacity. “With my daughter, we visited all the shops and restaurants for several days. It took us hours,” she explained. Patrick Hélaine welcomed the new harmony emerging among traders. Only three businesses declined their participation. The elected official hopes to renew this operation from the Easter holidays.

Jean-Luc Riglet, mayor of Sully-sur-Loire, insisted on the need to have an interlocutor with proposals, representing all traders. Especially since the town is still pursuing the project of creating a market in the heart of the town. It is therefore a call for the resumption of the commercial union through goodwill that the councilor wished to launch at the start of the year.
