Rocksteady Studios announced via Discord that Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will receive an update so that you can still play the story alone without a permanent internet connection. However, that update will only be available ‘in the course of 2024’.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be available on February 2, 2024 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. There was quite a commotion in recent months when it turned out that you also have to be connected to the internet for the single-player campaign. The new announcement responds to that dissatisfaction, although it remains to be seen when that update will be available.
It’s not the first time fans have been concerned about Rocksteady Studios’ new game. The release has now been postponed several times, and the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League battle pass has also received a lot of opposition.
