On the game’s subreddit published a user with the nickname Tris screenshots an email from PlayStation Support acknowledging him for a refund for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League – Digital Deluxe Edition. Tris then specified that he logged 39 hours into the game and relayed to support the specific issues he was experiencing – cutscene errors, not being able to play multiplayer, loading and losing progress… He was then asked to try some troubleshooting methods, but that didn’t fix anything . In the end, the whole matter was to be handed over to a special team until he was eventually refunded. For other players who would also like to try to request a refund, he then recommends contacting support via chat on the website and of course explaining in detail the extent of errors and problems with the game.
Although the main post was found off-topic by the moderators and deleted, you can still read the experiences of many other players who also encountered problems with the game and decided to contact support, not all of them were successful. So at this point it appears that PlayStation support is handling these claims individually and not acknowledging each request. There were also comments from PC players who tried to request a refund on Steam, only to receive the usual message that the maximum amount of time played had been exceeded.
