In an interview with Dagbladet, the costume designer gives important advice to eager TV viewers who want to reveal the true identity of the wild characters.
The designer of “Maskorama”, Kjell Nordström (60), encourages everyone to look carefully at the costumes: you can find more suggestions there.
– There are little things everywhere, so you really need to keep up.

– Some hints are small, others big, we also have clues that are so small that only we see them and that are almost mostly for ourselves, adds “Maskorama” producer Kim Strømstad.
But be careful. Not everything is a clue.
– Keep in mind that there are also diversions there. If we had made a costume as a presentation, where all you see are hints, it would have been too simple, says Nordström.
Also, they can say that there is constant discussion about how much they can say and how much should be held back.
– We have a system and some very good people who are responsible for all suggestions. Let’s try to split it a bit into costumes, videos and so on, the producer reveals.

– I understand that they are strict about what to wear and not when we go live. I want to be generous and give a lot of ideas, but you can’t do it too easily either, because that won’t be fun, adds the costume designer.
Because Nordström can reveal that sometimes he gets a little carried away when it comes to suggestions.
– When I’m in a good mood, it happens that I say “Oh look, this is a funny suggestion” and then Kim says “no, now you’re giving it all away here”. Then we have to take things off again and change.
