PT Sriwijaya Air was officially in a state of temporary suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU). This is stated in one of the commercial court decisions at the Central Jakarta Commercial Court.
The interim decision on the PKPU is contained in the decision letter number 247 / Pdt.Sus-PKPU / 2022 / PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst of October 31, 2022. This temporary PKPU is one of the phases of the bankruptcy lawsuit.
As for the sentence, one of which reads the acceptance and acceptance of the PKPU application presented by the Applicant PKPU (SUGIANTO) in its entirety.
The decision also provides for granting the temporary PKPU for 45 days from the date the aquo decision was delivered to the defendant PKPU, i.e. PT Sriwijaya Air who is domiciled in Jalan Pangeran Jayakarta 68 Block C Number 15-16, Mangga Dua Selatan Village, Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta Administrative City, DKI Jakarta Province, with all legal consequences.
The court also appointed Dewa Ketut Kartana as a commercial judge in the Central Jakarta District Court as a supervisory judge.
The court also set the next day of the trial on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 in the commercial courtroom at the Central Jakarta District Court.
The judge also ordered management to sue known debtors and creditors by registered mail or courier to appear before the hearing that had been set.
