KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Qatar National Bank (QNB) filed a lawsuit against the Aksa family, namely Aksa Mahmud, Erwin Aksa, Sadikin Aksa and Muhammad Subhan Aksa.
The lawsuit is registered as a case of default at the Central Jakarta District Court with case number 562 / Pdt.G / 2020 / PN Jkt.Pst, Monday (5/10). Apart from these four people, there is Mark Supreme Limited who is also a defendant in the case.
Erwin Aksa, who was confirmed by KONTAN, said that the lawsuit was not related to the Bosowa Group, a company founded by the Aksa Family. “(The lawsuit) is not related to Bosowa, but to the company offshore, that secret, “said Erwin when confirmed by KONTAN.

Until now, Erwin also admitted that his party had not received official notification from the Central Jakarta District Court.
Even in the QNB Legal Search Information System (SIPP) page, the Legal Authority of QNB Vebranto Yudo Kartiko in his petitium only explained that the Aksa family had committed a promise injury to the QNB.
“State that the Defendants have committed acts of injury (promise) on the Guarantee Acts,” he wrote.
QNB also requested that the defendants pay their liabilities totaling US $ 484.41 million or equivalent to Rp.7.12 trillion plus 6.393% annual interest since August 2020.
