The official spokesman for the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Abdel Rahman Khalil, stressed that the right time for dialogue comes after the elimination of Rebellion.

Khalil said in exclusive statements to Al-Arabiya on Monday that “we have to end the state of rebellion first and then talk about dialogue.”

He also pointed out that “several parties offered mediation, but dialogue is not possible before ending the rebellion,” explaining that all mediation calls for stopping the fighting first, and this is difficult.

On the other hand, Khalil confirmed that “our military airports are fully secured for evacuations,” stating that many countries evacuated their nationals through military airports.

He added, “All countries are coordinating with us regarding the evacuation of their nationals from the country, and they choose the method of evacuating their nationals,” adding that “most of the nationals were evacuated to the city of Jeddah.”

He also went on to say that most Western countries have completed the evacuation of all their diplomatic missions, but that “we do not have specific numbers for evacuations yet.”

To that point out that the violations committed by Rapid Support Forces Evacuations are hampered, and convoys belonging to Qatar and France have been exposed.

It is noteworthy that Western, Arab and Asian countries raced ahead of time to evacuate their nationals from Khartoum since Sunday, as clashes continued between the army and the Rapid Support Forces.
