For its 4th edition, the Défi 47 will meet you on Sunday, September 19 in the charming medieval village of Prayssas. September evokes the harvest, including that of the highly prized Chasselas de Prayssas. It is also the engagement with the fall and the opening of the hunt.
The godfather Pierrick Fédrigo, in addition to his laudatory record, is well known as a trigger, especially in that reserved for the woodcock. So we could make a link with the title of this article “hit the nail on the head”.

The municipality of Prayssas will put the small dishes in the big ones to receive this test and make it a great vintage. Pierrick Fédrigo will get back in the saddle for the occasion and why not the local champion Gabriel Tual who distinguished himself during the last Olympic Games in Tokyo. As in the restaurant, everyone will choose their menu, a starter concocted for the family with a circuit of 12 kms, then for the most greedy the dish of the day with its 80 kms and the dish of the day and dessert formula over 140 kms.
A departure village will be an opportunity to meet and taste with local producers, an animation will bring the race to life live interspersed with a few interviews.
