Morris provided a set of tips that can be followed to lose weight, including walking 7,000-10,000 steps a day, as well as cardio classes.
Morris stressed the need to pay attention to mental health in order to enjoy good physical health, by avoiding stress and isolation.
Morris explained that standing on the scale should not be a problem in the life of those who want to lose weight, but the most important thing is to have self-confidence and insist on obtaining an ideal body.
