Successful participation of the Fujiyama Judo Club of Tierra Amarilla in the Federated National Championship

Last October 11, 12 and 13, the Northern Zone Federated National Championship was held. Last national event that delivers points to the judo ranking in Chile. The event had more than 800 competitors from all over the country, 27 of whom greatly represented the Fujiyama Judo Club, led by its coach Gustavo Zepeda García.

Gustavo Zepeda García, technician and leader of Fujiyama, expressed that “It was a great event in terms of production and organization, the Dragon Judo Club of Iquique has us accustomed to these high-level and production events.”

“Regarding the performance of my athletes, we managed to secure the classification of several of them to the national grand final that will be in Concepción in December, which makes us quite happy about their performance in the event,” said the coach.

Finally, Zepeda García thanked the Illustrious Municipality of Tierra Amarilla for providing the municipal bus and its excellent drivers.
