The UPW Etzenricht was able to record another success last Wednesday. Its second open-air cinema event, which this time took place at the historic Beutnerhof, attracted many visitors and delighted them with a successful film screening.
Open air cinema attracts with Bavarian classics
After the success of the premiere last year, where visitors had the special experience of generating the electricity needed for the film equipment themselves using bicycles and dynamos, UPW Etzenricht decided to change location. The Beutnerhof in the heart of Etzenricht offered the perfect ambience for a cozy film night under the stars. The film chosen was the Bavarian classic “Rehragout-Rendezvous”, which, after the film “Leberkäsjunkie” last year, is again from the popular Eberhofer film series.
Successful event thanks to perfect ambience and weather
The first guests arrived over an hour before the event began, spread out their picnic blankets and enjoyed typical Bavarian delicacies such as meatloaf rolls and pretzels. Chips, popcorn and Aperol Spritz were also in great demand. The weather was excellent and the temperatures were mild until late at night, which the visitors particularly enjoyed. According to one visitor, the selection of films was excellent. “I had to laugh at almost every scene,” she said with a smile. This positive feedback was echoed by many guests, and the film evening was a complete success.
