Last Friday, October 6, in the Cultural Hall of its Headquarters located in the City of La Plata, the Ordinary General Assemblies of Seguros Rivadavia and Mutual Rivadavia de Seguros del Transporte Público de Passengers took place.
Present at the event were delegates from all over the country, special guests, representatives of related organizations and entities, such as the Argentine Association of Cooperatives and Mutual Insurance Companies, AAPAS and the Chamber of Transportation of the Province of Buenos Aires, advisors and executive staff.
The results of the 2022-2023 management were presented and the General Reports and Balance Sheets for the year ended June 30 were presented and approved. Within the agenda, in turn, different issues and different points on the agenda were addressed.
The protocol act was led by Messrs. Jorge Slutzker, President of Seguros Rivadavia, and Roberto Caruso, President of Mutual Rivadavia, while Mrs. Rosana Ibarrart, General Manager of the Insurance Company, took stock of the current and future scenario of the Argentine insurance market, presenting in detail the management report for the last financial year.
As usual, during the months of August and September, the different participating delegates were elected in the respective District Electoral Assemblies.
