Successful experience of a train running faster than a passenger plane

BEIJING: For more than a century, humans have been using airplanes to travel long distances in a short amount of time, but recently, in an experiment conducted by scientists at the China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, a An electric speed train has been successfully tested that can run twice as fast as a passenger plane.
Tested on a small track, this train named ‘T-Flight’ traveled at a record speed of 623 kmph. The speed of this train is more than the world’s fastest train MLX 01 Maglev (581 km per hour) running in Japan.
However, Chinese engineers are hopeful that the train will reach a speed of 2000.4 km/h once it is put into commercial use. This speed will be much faster than the speed of sound and twice that of Boeing 737 aircraft. At this speed, the T-flight train will be able to reach from Wuhan to Beijing in just 30 minutes.
T-Flight uses magnetic levitation (maglev) technology in which magnets lift the train carriages above the track and float them with very little resistance.
Using this technology eliminates the need for wheels, so the lack of friction provides fast and quiet service.
The T-Flight will be a hyperloop train, which means people will be able to travel at high speeds inside the tube to remote areas.
