The Main Intelligence Directorate, in coordination with the Office of the President and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, evacuated 87 citizens of Ukraine from the battle-stricken Khartoum, the capital of Sudan.

Literally: “In conditions of continuous fighting, non-observance of the “silence” regime, lack of food, water and equipment, 87 citizens of Ukraine were evacuated from the armed conflict zone, mainly aviation specialists – pilots, technicians and their families. Citizens of Georgia and Peru were also evacuated.
In general, 138 citizens were saved. Among them are 35 women and 12 children.
Details: Currently, all evacuees are in Egypt.
They were provided with the necessary medical care, food and water.
It is reported that citizens of Ukraine are provided with visa and documentary support and are awaiting their return to their homeland.
