This year’s annual general meeting of the association Haus & Grund Odenwald, the owner protection community, was very well attended and therefore a complete success. After the welcome and a short report by the 1st chairman, lawyer Wolfgang Brunner, the 2022 cash report was discussed by the 2nd chairman, tax consultant Jens Ihrig. This was followed by the report of the cash auditors with a discussion of the reports. The Board of Directors and the cash auditors were unanimously discharged. This was followed by the election of the cash auditors in 2023. The Board of Management thanked them for this.
The main topic of the evening was the consequences of the energy crisis for the private house, apartment and real estate by the speaker, lawyer Felix Schäfer from Reinheim, consultant at Haus und Grund Gelnhausen. He held the lecture on behalf of the managing director of the Landesverband Haus und Grund Hessen, which was unfortunately prevented at short notice. A special occasion on this evening was the honoring of the 2,000th member (husband and wife Susanna and Josef Gerl from Wald-Michelbach). The association, which was brought back to life in 1993, is particularly proud of this and thanked all the members present and especially the recruiting member. red
