A man named Chris Terrel from Jonesboro, Arkansas, managed to change his life by following the diet program that best suited him.

Reporting from Insider (13/07), this 38-year-old man since he was 15 years old has weighed over 91 kg. Even when his father died, his weight never touched 131 kg.

He has often tried various diet programs, cut calorie intake, and avoided carbohydrates. But still nothing had an effect on his body, in fact it made him even more hungry and obsessed with the numbers on the scales.
