Success Stories: IFAG Lyon’s Work-Study Program and Dentallproject’s Recruitment Experience

Each year, nearly 250 partner companies contact IFAG Lyon, a management school to support them in their work-study recruitment.

Pauline BERNET CASEAU, marketing manager at Dentallproject, gives us feedback on the recruitment of her work-study student with IFAG:

“Recruiting a work-study student allows you to have a fresh perspective and freshness. It is also for me the opportunity to train someone, to transmit my knowledge and professional skills in a niche market which requires skill and technicality.

The work-study period is conducive to the acquisition of skills. The pace offered by IFAG Lyon allows you to progress quickly. The learner alternates periods in training and in the workplace. For a salesperson like Alexy, this gives him the opportunity to build his pitch, his approach and his portfolio as he goes along.

In addition, our salespeople wear a technical hat due to the materials we sell, anatomical and ergonomic notions to be credible to our target. With this pace, the student has time to assimilate all the new features and specificities of the profession.

The support we offer to our apprentices takes time, but the relationship is win/win because we train with the objective of hiring upon graduation.”
