McCain explained that the total number of visits of beneficiaries who obtained a means to fixed and mobile clinics exceeded 181,000, pointing to the keenness of the Dakahlia Health Authority to implement the recommendations of the National Project for the Development of the Egyptian Family by providing family planning and reproductive health services.
Makin added that with regard to the activities of the convoys, the number of visitors reached 11,098 citizens, and 2,530 different analyzes were performed for patients, and about 572 cases of ordinary x-rays and sound waves, in addition to the transfer of 135 cases to hospitals.
Dr. Ahmed Al-Makawi, Coordinator of the Presidential Initiatives, indicated that the initiative’s services are provided through mobile teams, medical convoys, and family planning vehicles, in addition to work teams to conduct a field survey by passing through homes to raise coverage rates with routine vaccinations, and counting all those who failed to vaccinate, through Allocating mobile teams to provide all health services and reach the largest number of citizens.
It is worth noting that the “100 Days of Health” initiative was launched under the slogan “Go down, reveal and be reassured from everywhere in Egypt”, to provide all health services, whether preventive, which include immunizations, treatment and reproductive health services, in addition to raising awareness and changing misconceptions through communication teams. community, and the initiative provides its services for free within 100 days.
