Reese Witherspoon has every reason to congratulate herself. The star was chosen by Time Magazine to occupy one of the covers of an issue devoted to the most influential companies. A consecration for the actress who also finds success in business with her company Hello Sunshine.
However, the star is keen to remain humble. “If you had told the little girl that I was in third grade, the one who started her first hair barrette customization business on her desk, that one day she would be on the cover of Time Magazine as a businesswoman, I would have said: “This is so cool!” or something very 80s like that, ”she joked in a post.

Amplify women’s voices
“Honestly, I cannot express how humbling it is to be recognized by the Time Magazine as a business manager. I am so proud of my Hello Sunshine company. As soon as my career started amplifying other women’s voices and creating more for others, the world opened up to me in the most incredible way, ”she added.
With his production company Hello Sunshine, Reese Witherspoon has notably produced the successful series Big Little Lies, The Morning Show or Little Fires Everywhere with in mind to adapt stories written by women and featuring powerful female characters.
