In 2022, more than €400,000 was raised in Moselle as part of the Brioche de l’Amité operation. This year, it will be about doing as much, or even better. Six associations are participating in this solidarity action, including APEI Moselle, which covers the territory of Thionville and Saint-Avold. This Thursday, October 12, the APEI Moselle, represented by its president Antoine Solimine, offered the brioche to Pierre Cuny, as tradition dictates. Last Monday, 12,000 brioches were delivered to Thionville and sold during the week thanks to the involvement of volunteers and workers, door-to-door, in schools, at the station, at the Bel-Air hospital… This sales continue this weekend, mainly in supermarkets. The funds collected will be used to improve the daily lives of people with disabilities and to finance, in particular, a new home in Volkrange. Start of work at the end of the year.
