The Ministry of Education has issued the circular for substitutes. In it some innovations concerning the assignment of fixed-term positions for precarious teachers. Within the Circular there is also the news regarding the COVID staff that has been activated to deal with the health emergency.
Waiver or absence of the call
The renunciation or absence of the convocation entails the loss of the possibility of obtaining another replacement on the basis of the GAE and the GPS according to the ranking involved in the call for the relative teaching
(Example: the teacher summoned by GAE common place retains the possibility of stipulating the contract on the basis of the GPS for the same common place. to convocation from the same ranking by common place).
The resignation from the EAG lists for support allows the acceptance of an appointment by the same EAG for common post.
Primary substitutes place English language
The substitutions on an English-language place for primary school can be awarded to teachers holding one of the qualifications indicated in paragraph 17 of article 13 of OM 60/2020 which will be verified by the service school.

ITP appeal
For the serial appeal relating to ITPs – it is expected that in the event of a negative outcome of the dispute, procedures will be indicated to ensure that the exclusion of the 1st GPS range is followed by the inclusion in the 2nd GPS range, and the same for the rankings of institute.
Covid organic
Confirmed that these additional places will be temporary replacements, for which schools will draw from the school rankings, with termination of the contract in the event of lockdown
