Subsidy for research and innovative projects in the field of dyslexia | Grants, Funds

Financial support for scientific research in the field of dyslexia. In addition, the fund grants subsidies to innovative projects with a view to treating dyslexia and dealing with dyslexia. The subsidy amounts to an average of € 13,500 per application. You can apply for the subsidy by e-mail.

Application

The Dyslexie Fund Foundation provides grants for scientific research into and the treatment of dyslexia and other individual problems in acquiring basic cognitive skills, in particular reading and writing.

In addition, a subsidy is possible for (innovative) projects aimed at promoting knowledge and practical skills among those who are or will be working in this field.

Conditions

  • The product or service must be innovative and effective
  • The product must be useful for practical application
  • The application preferably relates to young children
  • The application relates to a short-term project with a clearly defined end goal or result
  • The financial support must be limited in scope
  • The application is only eligible for funding if there are one or more co-funders.

Subsidy

The subsidy amounts to an average of € 13,500 per application.

To request

Requests for financial support can only be submitted by e-mail to the secretariat of the Foundation.

A project plan must be submitted with the application, including:

  • Title of the project
  • Brief description of the project including the reason; the relationship with existing approaches / methods / visions and executive and involved persons and / or institutions
  • Goals of the project
  • Intended activities and products
  • Transferability within one’s own circle and/or via an article about the project in a relevant professional journal. A maximum of € 500 can be included in the financing of the project plan for writing an article.
