Suborbital flight of tourists from Blue Origin on December 11, video appeared from inside the capsule

The American company Blue Origin, owned by entrepreneur Jeff Bezos, made its third suborbital flight on December 11. A video appeared on the network that was recorded from inside the capsule.

Details of the third suborbital flight:

  • the flight took place from the Corn Ranch launch pad in Texas;
  • this was the first flight involving six crew members;
  • the flight lasted 10 minutes and 13 seconds, and the maximum speed of the rocket was 3,611 thousand kilometers per hour.

We add that a suborbital flight is a flight along a trajectory, at a speed not exceeding the first space flight. (the speed required for the spacecraft to enter orbit).

Today, only SpaceX has the ability to deliver tourists to Earth’s orbit.
