The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) reported that two subjects were sentenced to 20 years in prison each for having extorted a victim.
These are César Adalberto Valencia Ávila and Milton Orlando Cerón García, who were sentenced for aggravated extortion in the form of a continuing crime.
According to reports that occurred in 2022, the victim was selling her products when she was intercepted by Valencia Ávila to demand money.
Then, on a second occasion, the victim was approached by Cerón García who demanded $40 in exchange for letting her sell in the area. He also threatened her so that she would not report to the authorities.
