The authorities captured a man in the Eduardo Santos de Neiva neighborhood who had 1,500 grams of marijuana in his possession.
“Moments in which a subject who was moving along 81C street with Carrera Quinta in the Luis Eduardo Santos neighborhood of commune 9, was approached by SIJIN units, requesting a preventive search, being found three plastic bags with approximately 1500 grams of Marijuana inside says the official report.
However, the authorities confirmed that once he was brought before a judge for the crime of drug trafficking, the togado decided to release him.
“In this way, we proceed to capture this subject for the offense of trafficking, manufacturing or carrying narcotics, being left at the disposal of a guarantee control judge, who decided to release him,” says the police statement.
