Through the figure of early termination, the Mixed Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Irazola reached an agreement with the accused, in relation to the admission of the charges, the sentence and the payment of civil reparation, which was S/ 18,000. This agreement was presented before Judge Dr. Ronny Torres Gómez, who accepted it, being consented (judicial resolution that was accepted by all parties involved in the legal process).

When the victim was 7 years old, she was in the care of the convicted person, living in the Campoverde district in an aunt’s house. In 2018, when she turned 9, the defendant began touching her private parts. This was replicated until November 2021. She told him not to say anything about her, because if he did she would be alone, she would have nowhere to be and she would not help him with her studies.
Days later, when she was still 12 years old, the attacker entered her room drunk and, with a stick in hand, sexually abused her. So that she wouldn’t tell anyone, he told her that he would beat her to death.
In September 2023, the aggressor took the teenager to his employer’s house, located on the road that connects the district of Neshuya and Curimaná, where the abuse continued until December 3 of that year. The next day, the victim told what was happening to a classmate, who recommended that she tell the teacher what was happening to her. That same day, the teacher reported the facts.
The medical report carried out on the victim confirmed that she was sexually abused continuously, in addition, the psychological examination concluded that she presented indicators of psychological affectation of emotional, cognitive, behavioral sensitivity, characteristic vulnerability of personality in the process of development and learning and recommended specialized psychotherapy. to improve your emotional state.
The victim commented that she tried to kill herself on two occasions by ingesting poison and self-harmed by cutting her arms to vent her pain.
