The Judiciary, through the Public Ministry, sentenced José WF B to ten years and eight months of imprisonment for being co-author of the crime of aggravated robbery, to the detriment of the citizen CACR. Likewise, it imposed the payment of S/ 3,000 per concept of civil reparation in favor of the injured party.
During the oral trial hearing, senior deputy prosecutor Nancy Zegarra Santillán, from the Second Transitory Superior Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of Lima Sur, where she supported the evidentiary actions, which proved the participation of the investigated person in the commission of the crime that occurred on September 14, 2017, in circumstances that the victim was traveling along Costa Azul Avenue, in Chorrillos, when she was intercepted by two subjects, one of them being the accused José FB
Both subjects struggled with the victim to snatch her wallet, after stripping her of her belongings they ran towards a vehicle that was waiting for them; Only one managed to get up and flee. The man sentenced today was detained by local residents and was handed over to the police for the corresponding proceedings.
