PHOENIX (AP) — Eugenio Suarez hit three homers and tied his career high with five hits as the Arizona Diamondbacks tied a franchise record with 22 hits in a 17-0 victory over the Washington Nationals on Tuesday.

Suarez hit two runs off Patrick Corbin in the first, then had a solo homer in the sixth off Eduardo Salazar and his third came in the seventh off Joan Adon. He finished 4-for-6, with an RBI single.
