An online video has surfaced showing a Su-25 pilot being ejected seconds before the attack plane crashed. The footage shows that apparently there is some problem with the control of the car and it starts to lose altitude.
However, the pilot’s reaction turned out to be instant: as soon as the dangerous situation occurred, he was successfully ejected and literally a moment later the plane crashed to the ground. On the video it is possible to see the moment of the fighter plane ignition and the expulsion of the pilot.
Judging by the video, the pilot was not injured, and experts pay attention to the speed of the pilot’s reaction, as he very often saves lives in such emergency situations, due to damage to the plane or other circumstances.
As for the accident itself, the video was recorded as early as June this year and it is not about being hit by a missile or technical malfunctions: the plane got stuck on a power line relatively close to the border between Russia and Ukraine.
