In the 10th round of the Admiral Bundesliga, the duel Sturm Graz vs. GAK was on the program on Saturday. The favorite “Blackies” celebrated a clear favorite victory.
In the atmospheric Merkur Arena, Jusuf Gazibegovic (34th) and Otar Kiteishvili (40th) opened the scoring. After the break, things happened quickly. First, Mika Biereth extended the lead in the 50th minute before Daniel Maderner put the Red Jackets on the scoreboard 240 seconds later. Another two minutes later, Benjamin Rosenberger reduced the score to 3:2 (56th). Then the favorite struck back. The goals from Seedy Jatta (64th) and Otar Kiteishvili (79th) made things clear. There were no further hits. The final score was 5:2 for Sturm Graz!
Sturm Graz is four points ahead of SK Rapid at the top of the table. The Hütteldorfers have played one less game and will only be in action on Sunday. On the other hand, GAK remains at the bottom of the Admiral Bundesliga table.
