Jakarta – The public prosecutor (JPU) responds to the exception or objection note Habib Rizieq Shihab who called the JPU stupid and ignorant. The JPU assesses the use of such words as inappropriate.
“The existence of nonyuridical sentences and political interests and an unjust and silly regime in the exception of legal advisers is inappropriate. According to the prosecutor, the words ‘stupid’ and ‘silly’ should not be meant for the prosecutor. Because, he continued, the prosecutors are educated and competent people.
“These uneducated words should not be uttered, let alone attributed to the public prosecutor. It is very naive for the public prosecutor who tried the case of the defendant and his friends to be said to be stupid, ignorant, dull-brained, do not understand. We are public prosecutors who do not understand. prosecuting the defendants are educated intellectuals with an average education predicate of strata 2 and decades of experience in the field, “the Prosecutor said.
“For that, as a lesson, do not easily justify others, let alone underestimate others. Such traits show bad morals and morals,” he continued.
