Stuki with a warning to the CEC – ᐉ News from Fakti.bg – Bulgaria

Conservative-patriotic movement – CPA chaired by Stanislav Nedkov insists that the CEC include in the methodological guidelines for the upcoming early elections the following 3 proposals to ensure the fairness of the vote:

1. Purchase of sufficient voting machines to provide a minimum of 2 pcs. of them in the sections with over 400 voters.
Simple arithmetic shows that in the presence of only one machine in a section, there is a great danger of forming long queues and thousands of Bulgarians failing to vote between 07:00 and 20:00.
2. Mandatory counting of machine voting receipts placed in the box.
This parallel verification of votes will be a guarantee that the result of the machine protocol will not be manipulated and will ensure the fairness of the elections.
3. The CEC to guarantee to the Bulgarian citizens that in the sections c abroad access will be provided to representatives and observers from all parties, coalitions and civic associations who wish to do so.
After the elections held in April, there were numerous signals from Bulgarians living abroad that in some sections in Europe and Turkey all members of the section were representatives of a single party.

All parties and politicians have acknowledged the outcome and fairness of the last parliamentary elections, so it is worrying that in the short life of the 45th National Assembly, many of them supported a new Election Law with unconstitutional elements.

We from the Conservative-Patriotic Movement – CPA will not participate in the elections in July, but we will closely monitor their fair conduct and actually count the votes of every Bulgarian citizen.
