Home training for patients with persistent COVID.
The Health Research Institute, INCLIVA, has demonstrated the benefits of a home training program for inspiratory muscles in patients with persistent COVID. The results of the study they have carried out show that, in symptomatic patients, more than a year after being admitted for COVID pneumonia, the 12-week home program improves their functional capacity and quality of life.
