Study reveals symptoms of Covid-19 in individuals who have been fully vaccinated

Impaired sense of smell and taste are very common in Covid-19, especially with the Delta variant. As per the study, along with respiratory symptoms and fever, loss of taste and smell was common in fully vaccinated individuals, who participated in the study.

Experts have also highlighted the long-term impact of Covid-19 on the human olfactory system. Studies have also discussed how the SARs-CoV2 virus affects the brain, causing shrinkage, impacting an area integral to olfactory function.
