Studio 100 wants to perform spectacular musicals again from 3 November in its Pop-Up Theater in Puurs. The performances will be performed for a more limited audience and the production will be adapted to the necessary precautions regarding the corona virus. At first the performances of ’40 -45 ‘will be resumed,’ Daens’ will follow later.

Despite the adjustments, Studio 100 promises that the artistic concept and the quality of the productions will not be affected. Visitors will be received in eight streams of 150 people, a circulation plan has been drawn up with separate entrances and exits, a free seat will be left between the bubbles and a mouth mask is mandatory. Because the capacity is limited, it will take a while before all ticket holders will be able to catch up with their performance.
“We have had very difficult months with our company,” says Studio 100 CEO Hans Bourlon. “Just like all our colleagues in the events sector, Studio 100 has also been hit hard, financially and on a human level. We are therefore very happy that our performances can be repeated in Puurs. ”
Flemish Prime Minister Jan Jambon (N-VA), responsible for Culture, supports the reopening. “We have of course imposed strict conditions that Studio 100 must adhere to in order to be able to do this in complete safety,” he says. The reopening has also already been approved by the municipality of Puurs-Sint-Amands.
All ticket holders will be contacted by the company to catch up with their show in the coming months.
