At least seventeen people who have registered for the Street Academy, an online institute to which the Dutch rapper Lil Kleine has joined, are demanding their money back. They feel cheated because the expensive education means nothing. The news site Quote writes this on the basis of a letter sent to the academy.

According to the group, the ‘lectures’ are simply videos and interviews on the internet, announced events are cancelled, there is hardly any communication and little has come of the other promises. The students want their money back at the beginning of July, otherwise they will go to court.

Quote already wrote about the state of affairs at Street University in March after a journalist took part in the training undercover. For 500 euros, students would receive a weekly lecture and be guided by influential people, including Lil Kleine. Those who would pay another 1500 euros received a personal conversation with the rapper. The journalist noted at the time that the money had been badly spent.

Lil Kleine was big announced last summer as the Street Academy’s senior lecturer. He would share his knowledge in the field of music, mindset and entrepreneurship, among other things.

The management of Lil Kleine and the Street Academy organization were not immediately available for comment on Sunday.

Earlier this month, Lil Kleine still arrested in Ibiza, after he had destroyed a hotel room and his fiancée Jaimie Vaes reported to the reception of the hotel bloodied and battered.
