/ world today news/ Minister Kostadin Angelov issued an order for anti-epidemic measures in the country from April 12 to 30, the Ministry of Health announced.
With the order, the present learning process is resumed for:
– the students from 1st to 4th grade and the compulsory groups for preschool education;
– students studying in special schools for students with sensory disabilities;
– students from the 5th to the 12th grade, taught in mixed classes and in classes that are the only ones in the corresponding class of the school;
– students from 5th to 12th grade, subject to the following schedule: from 12.04.2021 to 23.04.2021 – students from 7th, 8th and 10th grade are taught in attendance; from 26.04.2021 to 29.04.2021 – students from 5th, 9th and 12th grades are taught in person.
Group extracurricular activities and activities, interest activities, study rooms and others, organized in school and out-of-school environments, for children up to the 4th grade, are allowed to be held in a present environment.
In higher schools, it is allowed to conduct: practical classes, trainings and practical exams for students, specialists and doctoral students; semester exams with a practical part that cannot be conducted in an electronic environment; state exams and thesis defenses.
From April 12, it is allowed to hold cultural and entertainment events (festivals, cinemas, theaters, circus performances, stage performances, concerts, museums, galleries, libraries, dance, creative and music classes) using no more than 30% of the capacity of the premises, maintaining a physical distance of at least 1.5 m, wearing protective face masks and using only seated places (for concerts, festivals, theaters, circus performances and other stage events).
Again, from April 12, visits to dining and entertainment establishments are allowed when using no more than 50% of their capacity, limited working hours between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
From April 29, visits to discotheques, bar-clubs, piano bars, variety bars and night bars are allowed when no more than 50% of their capacity is used.
From April 16, visits to the gaming halls and casinos are permitted when no more than 50% of their capacity is used.
As of April 16, restrictions on the operation of sites located in shopping centers will also be lifted.
With the same order, the Minister of Health orders natural and legal persons who own or manage commercial, administrative or other facilities that provide services to citizens, and whose activity has not been suspended by this order, to create an organization to control the number of customers in the respective site, not allowing more than 1 person per 8 sq. m.
