Dunakeszi IV, who is now preparing for the fourth academic year. There is great interest in Béla Király High School among both students and their parents who are going to continue their studies. The new high school started this year in the Dunakeszi Student Quarter, which was opened in September, and which, as the newest educational institution in our country, offers a unique opportunity for high-quality education. In preparation for the 2025/2026 academic year, the high school has already started career selection open days for parents and students. Director Kati Zentai spoke about the details to the town magazine Dunakeszi Polgár.
– In preparation for the school year next year, the first parents’ career choice forum was held on November 12. How was the interest?
– In this school year, we could organize our own auditorium for the reception of parents. We expected almost 500 parents, but more than we expected were curious about our high school. After presenting next year’s classes and departments, many questions confirmed that there is a lot of interest, they are waiting for the development of the secondary school and they are monitoring our work. Otherwise, between November 12 and 15, we give the students the opportunity to get an insight into school life. We linked the application to registration, but apart from the mentioned days, we had to open another meeting because there was so much interest.
We arranged a conversation with a more direct feel. Think of a forum in which I tried to involve future high school students in presenting the school. They also had the opportunity to try a verbal test together, to see the activities. Our students showed the school’s activities so far, and then we walked around the building in groups.
– Apart from the excellent infrastructural and architectural features of the gymnasium operating in the newest educational institution in our country, what makes Dunakeszi IV really attractive? Béla Király High School?
msgstr “A building alone is not enough.” Over the last three years, we worked a lot to establish the life of the high school. We tried to set the foundations of our language training and we are always thinking about what to do next.

They enrich everyday life with many programs and ideas. We are trying to create a student-centered high school and I believe that the many smiling faces and enthusiasm will be seen in our decisions.
– How many new students will get learning opportunities in the academic year 2025/2026, and which special classes will be started?
– Our offer is very similar to the classes we started last year. Our bilingual English class is very popular among students. We didn’t change too much in our three language preparation classes either, we changed the number of classes. We are starting our classes this year with English-German, English-Italian and English-Spanish languages.
It is a great pleasure to learn a language and to teach languages. Different cultures, different ways of thinking and Dunakeszi IV provide a colorful palette. Therefore Béla Király High School offers colorful and diverse educational methods and programs for the future students. We welcome everyone who wants to be a “LINER”.
