The family of an IT Al Hikmah middle school student from Depok City who was blown away in Curug Kembar, Kabupaten Bogor, he wanted to take legal action because he believed that there had been negligence that caused the tragic event. The police welcome the victim’s family to report.

Iman said the police will handle all incoming reports. He invited the victim’s family if he wanted to report to the police.

“Suppose the family wants to take legal action, we’ll take care of it,” he said.
Earlier, the family of one of the students spoke about the possibility of taking legal action regarding the incident that killed the four students. The uncle of one of the victims claimed that there was negligence that resulted in the death of his nephew, Andini (15), in Curug Kembar.
“We will coordinate with the families of the victims (regarding requests), whether they are in unison, that they are together,” Andhika said after Andini’s funeral in Palsigunung, Cimanggis, on Monday (17/10).
“The point is, this is a clear fall in neglect, so we continue to process it, because there have been casualties,” he continued.
Four Depok students were wiped out on Wednesday (12/10) around 3pm WIB. SMP IT Al Hikmah students are conducting Basic Student Leadership Training (LDKS).
Students do it hiking in the Twin Curug area. Suddenly the current became heavy and the four victims were swept away by the current.
“While you do tracking crossing the Twin Curug stream, suddenly a strong current flowed from the mountain, so that the four victim students were carried away by the current and disappeared, “said the head of emergency and logistics Aris Nurjatmiko in his statement on Thursday ( 13/10).
