Windows 11 is on the research trends, especially because of the issue of minimum requirements, which could imply that many computers, even some very recent ones, may not allow the installation of this new operating system from Microsoft.
Interestingly, an engineering student managed to install the preview version, made available by Microsoft for developers, on a Lumia 950 XL, which is, interestingly, the last high-end smartphone launched by Microsoft, before the new Surface Duo, which is not yet available in Portugal
Yes it can (for real this time, running natively, not RDP) …at least for now See this SoC is armv8.0, not 8.1, it doesn’t support atomic instructions ???? pic.twitter.com/TReBQlQZRV

Through this tweet, and the video posted on YouTube, this student revealed that he managed to adapt the ARM version of the new Windows 11 to this mobile device. However, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, although it was a top of the range in 2015, revealed serious difficulties in running this operating system.
Still, despite the revealed limitations, Windows 11 in this ARM version has a bestial appearance, and with a more modern and powerful platform, it could prove to be a very interesting solution for mobile devices, with the advantage of being able to run its own applications and original applications Android.
